On the arrival day, you’ll be welcomed with a 3-course menu in the gourmet restaurant "Alte Turmuhr" (“old turret clock”).

You can organize the New Year’ Eve day according to your wishes with

a walk through the winterly nature park "Kellerwald" above the Tree-Top-Walk
a visit in the nature park museum or the wildlife park with its birds of prey show
or discover a treasure of church art, the "Netzer Altar“ from the 14th century
take the time to enjoy a visit in the fine spa area of the castle with sauna, steam bath and individual treatments

At 7:00 p.m., knightly castle atmosphere awaits you in the gourmet restaurant "Alte Turmuhr" (“old church clock”) with a 5-course New Year’s Eve menu with champagne greeting and background music. Relaxing music takes turns with small artistic interludes.

At midnight, there’s a big firework over the lake. Impressive dance music accompanies you into the early New Year morning. The midnight buffet provides you with first refreshments. The evening ends with a final snug round at the bar.

After a recreative sleep and a fine breakfast, a firecracker salute greets the New Year quite loudly. This is also the signal to get ready for the New Year’s walk down to the historical lake.
